"Gyaru" is a Japanese fashion trend from the late 90s to the early 2000s that revolves around looking like a ditsy American gal, hence the name gyaru.

This is gyaru above is the worst person on earth, she is a drug addict, an alcoholic, a complete moron and she kills people for fun. Unfortunately, I wish I could be her she is so cool. She is also a man-eater. I love her, and I want her gun charm.
